I saw the whole series, more than once, and I can answer you no, Jerrica never tell Rio that she's Jem. She consider the possibility at the beginning ("Deception", what a beautiful song...), but then...
Oh my... I knew Jem 21 years ago, and I still love her and her songs... wow!...
